I was born in 1983 in Istanbul. Ever since i could remember, photography was a part of my life so i studied at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Photography. After school, I worked as a part-time photographer for several automobile magazines. At that time, I was also assigned by TOSFED (Turkey Automobile Sports Federation) and FIA (Federation Internationale de l’Automobile) as a photographer in many national and international car race organizations like European Rally Championship and World Rally Championship. I performed my military service for Turkish Army as a photographer. During my service, I had many experiences of photographing simulated military operations and high-level military protocol. Afterwards, I started construction and architectural photography, as a result of my interest in cities. I photographed many on-going and completed construction projects as a freelancer. I had the chance to work for Arkitera Architectural Center and follow Turkey’s architectural agenda and photograph especially the rapid change of Istanbul. In April 2013, I started to document the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge Project via photographs by myself, and afterwards for the contractor till the end of the project. These photographs were featured on many national and international publications for several times. I am continuing my professional career as a freelance arcihtectural photographer in Budapest, Hungary.
